AncoraVista™ provides an eight-step process which includes the collection of data regarding a client’s assets in the areas of personal relationships, personal experiences, personal giving, and personal finances. As specifically trained professionals in the Missed Fortune™ strategies as detailed by financial expert and author, Douglas Andrew, and the Quadrant Living model, as taught by author and Quadrant Living™ founder, Lee Brower, the AncoraVista™ agent will design a foundational financial and family plan.

The AncoraVista™ Eight-Step process begins with a 2 to 2½ hour overview of the strategies for which the AncoraVista™ Agent is specifically trained. If the client wishes to continue to Step Two, a one to two-hour interview will be conducted to provide direction, understanding, and clarity to both the AncoraVista™ agent and the client regarding the client’s goals. The third step in the process requires additional study by the client to increase their understanding of the proposal and of the appropriateness of utilizing the Missed Fortune™ and Quadrant Living™ strategies in their situation. The AncoraVista™ agent will also encourage the prospective client to check with their current tax specialist, financial advisors, and insurance representatives. Step Four is the initial presentation of a customized plan to the client. Step Five is not always necessary and sometimes repeated, as this is the stage at which refinements are made at the request of the client or at the suggestion of the AncoraVista™ agent. After all revisions have been made, the client accepts the customized plan in Step Six. Step 7 is the implementation stage of the process in which necessary applications are completed and submitted. The final step is a requirement for, at a minimum, a face-to-face, annual review. This review is used to evaluate the progress of the AncoraVista™ plan and to make any necessary modifications to accommodate the client’s goals and desires.

Term of the Contract

The term of the advisory contract is for 18-months and may be renewed or cancelled at the client’s request without penalty or additional fees.

Advisory and Contract Termination Fees

There is no cost or obligation to the client for the education and consultation provided by the AncoraVista™ agent. AncoraVista™ agents receive commissions based on insurance products sold as part of the client’s foundational financial plan. There are no other fees, charges, or penalties to which a client is obligated to AncoraVista™.

AncoraVista™ Agent’s Discretionary Powers

Because the AncoraVista™ agent does not manage funds, does not buy or sell securities, and does not hold any funds from any client, and because the products sold by the AncoraVista™ agent are not variable insurance contracts, variable annuity contracts, or securities, the AncoraVista™ agent has no discretionary powers.

Assignment of Contract to Another Advisor

In the event that an AncoraVista™ agent is no longer active or circumstances preclude an agent from working with a particular client, another AncoraVista™ agent will not be assigned without the client’s prior notification and consent.
